That is the question I've been getting as people see me with a glass full of green/brown juice.
It's a smoothie, packed with a ton of nutrients!
I just took what I had in my fridge and mixed it up! Now that's a lot of food.
I only put a half an orange into the mix. You can also make a large amount, store some in the fridge and have it later on in the day.
No excuses.
Throw some natural /organic / awesomeness into a blender/ Magic Bullet / food processor and be healthy!
(So good, can't even taste the spinach, even though spinach tastes amazing.)
Get Blending!
