Recipe for Smoothie!

- 1 Banana

- 4-5 Strawberries

- 1 handful of Blueberries

- 5-6 baby Carrots

- 2 handfuls of Spinach leaves

- 1 teaspoon of Spirulina

- Add a teaspoon of nutritional yeast and flax seed meal for good measure
