Hummus & Seaweed

Hello All!

We made this recipe for hummus and it was amazing!

It was on the back of "Once Again Organic Tahini".
Tahini is ground up sesame seeds. Sesame seeds helps
with mood, impulsivity, and chronic pain in MS.

This brand has been seen at Meijers and Kroger.
Try it!

1/3 cup Once Again Tahini
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
2-3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley or lemon balm
A pinch of Paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups cooked or canned chick peas, drained
Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Yields about 3 cups.


The blend made a whole lot of hummus that lasted a couple weeks.







We used Seaweed Rice crackers from WHOLE FOODS to dip!
Seaweed helps provide support to make myelin and the excretion of toxins.



Hummus is also great when you dip veggies in it.
(Especially carrots)
