Good food for MS patients

Good Saturday Morning!

Eating healthy is not the easiest  task for some, but once you know all the benefits of each bite, you won't think twice about the right decision.

This first meal is simply a ton of veggies stir fried over some brown rice with a bit of non-gluten soy sauce.

1. The thing about brown rice is that it takes forever to make, 45 minutes on the stove.

So I make about 6 servings at a time so it lasts me throughout the week.

You put the water and rice in at the same time, bring it to a boil and then cover it for 45 minutes.

2. What's with all the veggies!?
       (liste from left to right)

- Broccoli
- Yellow Squash
- Zuccini
- Green Pepper
- Red Onion

- Toma Tomato
- Radishes

3. Add some Hemp oil or Olive oil to the skillet. I add the veggies while I'm cutting them.

I start with the hardest veggie (broccoli) and work towards the softest veggie (roma tomato).

Once all the veggies have been added, I wait about 10-15 minutes with the burner on medium.

4. When their done, throw'em over the brown rice, sprinkle some soy sauce, and you're done!

WHAT DID I JUST EAT?
